the room had its own wifi! streaming content onto the tv was so easy. it is a smart tv, so i could log in to my streaming apps.
the pillows were too soft and gave me a slight neck pain.

the location provided easy access to local attractions. the room included ghd straighteners and a drier, a definite plus. cleanliness was well maintained .
the self check-in process removed personal interaction, it diminished some of the hotel's atmosphere. i found the apartment smaller than anticipated. the apartment was very warm, it required constant fan use.

check-in was easy i received the suite number by email. the room was clean and everything seemed new. the parking was very convenient i could leave my car before checking in. the hotel is located just a short walk from the centre with shops and restaurants.
i found only a minor issue the mini fridge was smaller than i expected.

staff replied quickly to messages and fulfilled a special request for my birthday. i received a complimentary late check-out this was a very kind gesture from the hotel staff. i really appreciated it.
